利用凝集素可以特异的和糖基进行可逆结合的特性，来对不同的糖蛋白进行分类抽提。试剂盒中提供预装好的凝集素树脂和缓冲液。使用简单。

高特异的分类抽提糖蛋白

  • Qproteome Total Glycoprotein Kit：纯化总糖基化蛋白，试剂盒中提供一种凝集素树脂柱，柱上同时固定有Con A和WGA两种凝集素。
  • Qproteome Mannose Glycoprotein Kit：纯化富含甘露糖的糖基化蛋白，试剂盒中提供三种凝集素树脂柱，分别固定有ConA，GNA，LCH。按照蛋白所含糖基的凝集素特异性可进一步分为3个部分。
  • Qproteome Sialic Glycoprotein Kit：纯化富含唾液酸的糖基化蛋白，试剂盒中提供三种凝集素树脂柱，分别固定有WGA，SNA，MAL。按照蛋白所含糖基的凝集素特异性进一步分为3个部分。
  • Qproteome O-Glycan Glycoprotein Kit：纯化T-抗原型糖基化蛋白，试剂盒中提供两种凝集素树脂柱，分别固定有AIL和PNA。按照蛋白所含糖基的凝集素特异性进一步分为2个部分。
