Sales Specialist – LS Beijing
Position Description
●Maintain and develop relationships with key accounts and distributors
● Increase sales by actively selling to end users, support other specialists and
representatives to develop tactical plans to reach maximize revenues
● Responsible for business planning, forecasting and achievement of objectives, key
performance indicators and revenue forecasts
● Use CRM database to input and provide information that will increase effectiveness "in front
of" the customer and aid sales
● Organize meetings/ communication channels to ensure effective communication across
business units
Position Requirements
● At least Master’s Degree in Biological/Medical sciences or other relevant disciplines
● Over 3 years’ sales experience with proven sales track record for instruments
● Familiar with distributor channel management
● Good English capability in reading and writing
