本研究报道了一种基于结核分枝杆菌特异性铁离子转运蛋白IrtAB的新型荧光探针,该探针具备铁离子响应开关功能,实现了迄今为止在细胞水平和临床菌学水平上对结核分枝杆菌最灵敏、超快速的检测。
