      Raybiotech公司对其抗体芯片所使用的抗体进行了严格的测试和筛选。芯片的设计基于双抗体夹心法原理，使得Raybiotech细胞因子抗体芯片具有灵敏度高、特异性好、重复性佳、准确性高的优点，大多数蛋白的检测灵敏度可达pg水平。目前，Raybiotech细胞因子抗体芯片的科研成果已大量发表于Nature、Cell和Lancet等顶尖杂志中。

上图：Sandip Ray采用人C-1000抗体芯片检测了43例阿兹海默症病人（AD）和40例正常人（NDC）的血清，鉴定出18个生物标志蛋白。图为用这18个标志蛋白对芯片数据进行聚类的结果。实验证明用这18个标志蛋白来预测阿兹海默症与诊断结果相比有高达90%的准确率。经过生物学分析，研究者认为早期阿兹海默症的造血功能、免疫反应系统，细胞凋亡及神经元架构的功能失调会导致这18个蛋白标志物的改变。这一发现的意义在于对阿兹海默症进行分子水平的检测能够帮助完善对此病症的处理及治疗。Classification and prediction of clinical Alzheimer’s diagnosis based on plasma signaling proteins.
