产品介绍
EntransterTM-R4000是英格恩生物(Engreen Biosystem)最新研发合成的针对siRNA、microRNA、mimic、inhibitor、mRNA和shRNA等RNA的转染试剂。EntransterTM-R4000不仅可以转染小RNA,而且针对mRNA等长链RNA优化。由于纳米技术的应用,EntransterTM-R4000能做到高达90%的转染效率和60-90%的沉默效率,对难转染细胞和原代细胞也非常适用。
适用范围
●小RNA转染。包括siRNA转染,miRNA,mimic,inhibitor等。
●长链的mRNA和shRNA转染,针对mRNA和长链的shRNA等RNA转染优化。
●可转染动物细胞、昆虫细胞等,也可以转染原代细胞、悬浮细胞和原代细胞等传统难转染细胞。

●纳米聚合物,转染效果优于脂质体转染试剂
●高效转染,沉默效率高,可以达到90%以上的沉默效率
●低细胞毒性,有血清转染,无须反复更换培养基
